Cà ed Balos is an aged farmstead surrounded by vineyards with an outstanding view of the Alps.In the
nineties, the family moved to Castiglione Tinella and refurbished the old farm, keeping the original
structure, style and building materials. Being the farm famous in the region because owned by one of the
first Moscato makers, we wanted to restore it to its former glory and therefore started the ‘mymoscato
project’.
Our company now stems from the union of Dacapo, established in 1997 in Agliano Terme in
Monferrato, which grows vineyards to produce high quality Barbera d’ Asti , Nizza, Grignolino d’Asti, Ruchè di Castagnole Monterrato, Monferrato Nebbiolo and Cà ed Balos, established in 2004, with vineyards located in the Langhe, which widens the range to include a great expression of Moscato d’Asti, and Langhe Dolcetto.
Our work enhances the relationship between man and vines, based on respect of tradition and habits employed in this territory.
We decided to produce a limited number of bottles to guarantee the same quality in every single one and a trustworthy product that will never let down.
Our main desire is to deliver value to our customers, wrapping them in a unique tasting experience satisfying the most demanding palates and those who care most about sustainability of the environment and their health. We are in fact certified organic.
