Description

Obtained with 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli grapes, the Asti docg Tosti represents the historic tradition of sweet bubbles, which is renewed with a contemporary style.

Rich in aromas and flower fragrances, Asti docg Tosti should be served fresh, with sweets, dry pastries, fruit and ice cream. Delicious bubbles excellent also for the whole meal.

Vinification Process:

Grapes soft pressing and consequent refrigeration of the must.

Fermentation:

Addition of sugary syrup and low-temperature fermentation in autoclave in arder to obtain a 5,5 bar overpressure and 7% voi of effective alcohol. Fermentation halt through refrigeration and consequent filtrations.

Ideal Temperature:

6-8 °C
